Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Quran Active app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

The Quran Active app is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

By producing, downloading, or using the app, you agree to the terms of the Apple Standard EULA.

Use of the Application

Quran Active is designed to provide a digital Quran reading and listening experience. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

• You must not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or interfere with any other party's use.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of Quran Active may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to their refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Quran Active or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quran Active shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page/file. Your continued use of the app after any changes clearly constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
